The Marketing Manager is responsible for the implementation of marketing strategy with the key objectives of driving cost effective, quality leads into the sales team, as well as driving visibility and brand awareness through thought leadership, socials, co-marketing campaigns, and other communications channels.

Juno works with some of the biggest names in retail and is quickly becoming known as the go-to partner in digital commerce. The Marketing Manager UKI will play a vital role in this area shaping campaign activity as well as other avenues such as awards and events to help the brand secure this position in the UKI market.

Key Responsibilities

Juno is a results focused business and hence the Marketing Manager will be responsible for measuring and reporting on performance in areas including:

  1. Lead Generation
  2. Brand Awareness - Traffic, PR KPI, Downloads, Views
  3. Campaign ROI - CPL, CPO, TCV etc
  4. Community growth

Lead local execution of:

Campaign Management

  • Ideate & manage campaigns working with the General Manager and commercial team to shape messaging and targets through various channels
  • Produce content plan and at the conclusion, reporting on the ROI
  • Work with the team to distribute gated content pieces, press releases, case studies and thought leadership articles relating to clients and partners
  • Work with the team to produce gated content, case studies and enter industry awards
  • Identify suitable channels and types of content for each initiative

 Tech Partners & Platform Co-Marketing Initiatives

  • Establish relationships with key partners and platforms to identify, define and run collaborative campaigns

 Social Media & Email Marketing

  • Moderate and post on Juno’s social channels to share news and content pieces, relevant to both regions and addressable markets

Website Management

  • Maintain and refresh Juno’s website in line with new products, news, clients and content pieces

Requirements

Essential Experience

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and delivering lead generating campaigns without the aid of agencies
  • Proven success creating, running and analysing B2B demand generation plans to achieve lead generation goals
  • Experience in managing budgets
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • PR – Maximising coverage opportunities and delivering content that supports the brand direction
  • Experience in a wide range of marketing techniques including social and search and the tools used for activity e.g. Hubspot, Google Analytics, PPC
  • This individual will be a self-starter, have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, an agile and precise mind, and an innate desire to succeed

Desired Experience

  • A solid understanding of the major trends in retail and digital commerce
  • An understanding of brand marketing principles
  • Experience of partner marketing would be preferable
  • Comfortable working independently as a senior marketer in a fast-growing company
  • Experience within the Shopify Ecosystem
