Duties and Responsibilities

· Managing a high volume of incoming calls and customer service inquiries

· Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

· Providing expert product/services information through telephone calls, social media, emails, and web chat

· Resolving any emerging problems that our customers may face with accuracy and efficiency

· Taking ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating them where necessary

· Achieving productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service

· Communicating problems and ideas effectively within your team and other departments where necessary

· Accurately record customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, or comments as well as actions taken

Working hours

We are proud to offer flexible working hours for this position. You may choose how to split your 30 hours across the week.

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service role - someone who is genuinely excited to help our customers and provide the best service possible

· Patient, empathetic and passionate in finding suitable solutions to help the customer

· An aptitude for problem solving

· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

· The ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively

· Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office and online systems

· Proactive and passionate about making the customer journey as positive as possible!

MUST HOLD A FULL DRIVING LICENSE AND HAVE ACCESS TO OWN CAR.
