You’re happy to turn your hand to Canva, HubSpot and Premier Pro, you can develop a campaign plan in Excel and knock out a great PPT deck. But you want to get more experience in integrated campaigns (not pure Digital marketing) – developing strategic messaging for Social, particularly LinkedIn, marketing emails and tradeshow stands. You want to be trusted to tackle the implementation, while working under the guidance of someone who has more strategic experience in shaping marketing activities and campaigns to meet commercial objectives.

Your main remit will be to help the Business Unit Marketing Managers (BUMMs) to deliver integrated marketing activities and campaigns. But this will be a varied role with plenty of things to get involved in supporting with social media, email marketing, podcasts, videos, events, webinars, insight articles and on-page website content. We have brand design, event management, content creation and digital marketing specialists in the team, so you will work closely with them all to deliver our marketing activities.

You’ll report to a Business Unit Marketing Manager (BUMM's), but we don’t go big on hierarchy here. So, you’ll benefit from our relatively flat and highly flexible structure, which fosters innovation and creativity.

Key tasks will include:

  • Supporting the three BUMMs with the delivery of the Business Unit (BU) marketing strategies.
  • Enabling successful implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, including: Helping to shape campaign messaging and tactics, Ensuring our brand guidelines are adhered to, Developing social posts and working with the Social Media Executive to manage the posting schedule and development of campaign audiences, Drafting short-form content and populating our email marketing brand templates, Preparing HubSpot audiences, co-ordinating scheduling and analytics.
  • Supporting our presence at trade show events including: Creating engaging event concepts and supporting materials, considering the key messaging, and the marketing and brand communications objectives, Working on pre and post event communications to engage with our target audiences and support wider marketing campaigns.
  • Helping to organise webinars and podcasts and developing on-page content for our website such as CMS updates and uploading new articles and case studies.
  • Working with the BUMMs on monthly reporting requirements - reviewing content performance and gathering data for reporting purposes and helping with events ROI tracking.
