So, you’re a strategic project manager with strong interpersonal skills and business experience in the technology sector?

As a Chief of Staff at Cambridge Intelligence, you'll be the main liaison point between the CEO and the wider management team for ongoing coordination activities.  

What’s involved?

The Chief of Staff takes some workload off the CEO, allowing the CEO to have more time on strategic planning. On behalf of the CEO, the Chief of Staff oversees strategic change projects and holds individuals to account on planning, timelines and deliverables, tracking actions and updating the CEO on progress on a regular cadence. You’ll understand the business fundamentals and reasons behind various change initiatives and build project plans for those change initiatives within the Company. It's important to assist with coordination efforts and liaise with your management teams directly so you'll need to be office based at least 3 to 4 days per week.

Requirements

You’ll have extensive experience in a business management or executive role in a technology business. You’ll be highly organised and adept at directing and managing multiple teams and departments. You’ll be experienced in planning and leading strategic initiatives and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You’ll work very closely with the CEO and the wider management teams.
