Here at Marlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression, we are the leaders in providing kitchen fire suppression systems to various establishments across the UK, including hotels, restaurants, schools, hospitals, and fast-food outlets. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Ansul Design & Sales Estimator to join our team.

Basic Salary – £25,000

On Target Earnings £30,000

Our Ansul Design & Sales Estimator.....

We have seen substantial growth in our service base and have recently increased the team in line with this.  We are now looking to appoint an experienced estimator to produce designs and quotations from either new modification requests or works advised by our service engineers

• Design and quoting of modification works to Ansul R102 and Piranha kitchen fire suppression systems.
• Design and quoting of remedial works advised by engineer following service visit.
• Developing new service sales from installations, existing equipment base and new enquiries
• Design and estimating of new Ansul systems from drawings or site survey information

• Working closely with our sales team and customers to understand project requirements and design appropriate kitchen fire suppression solutions.
• Preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for equipment, installation, and ongoing maintenance.
• Creating technical drawings and layouts using design software and CAD programs.
• Collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Maintaining knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking candidates who have experience as a Design & Sales Estimator in the fire suppression or related industry.

• Knowledge of estimating would be preferred, but full training provided
• Proficiency in design software and CAD programs would be desirable but not mandatory
• Ability to communicate effectively and interact with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
• Attention to detail
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
