The Opportunity:

Clarion Gaming Digital have recently implemented Dynamics 365 across the business, delivering a core technology platform with services including marketing automation, CRM, digital experiences and ERP functionality to drive growth and revenue.

The Dynamics 365 Finance Support Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Dynamics 365 platform with a focus on the Dynamics Finance. The role includes tasks such as user support, system configuration, user management, and supporting the project team in the on-going roll-out of Dynamics 365 across Clarion. The Support Engineer will also work with the Finance team to develop and implement new processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to business users of Dynamics 365 Finance, addressing their issues promptly and effectively.
  • Answer and resolve support requests, ensuring timely and accurate solutions to maintain system functionality.
  • Train and onboard new users to the Dynamics 365 Finance platform, ensuring they are comfortable and proficient in using the system.
  • Manage batch processes, including identifying and troubleshooting failed processes to ensure seamless operations.
  • Review M365 updates, incidents, and vulnerability reports with the team, coordinate necessary updates, and document changes as required.
  • Perform regression testing on Microsoft releases and internal developments to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Administer Lifecycle Services to keep Dynamics 365 Finance updated and running efficiently.
  • Review data quality and manage imports/exports of data via the Data Management Framework to ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement improvements and enhancements to the system.
  • Produce and revise training materials for new features and releases to keep users informed and proficient.
  • Administer Azure DevOps pipeline releases to streamline deployment processes and maintain system integrity.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours

  • Proven experience in the implementation or administration of Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.
  • MB-300 Dynamics 365 Core Finance and Operations certification is desirable, showcasing a strong foundation in the platform.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated to deliver high-quality work and achieve project goals with excellence.
  • Passion for continuous learning and development, staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in Dynamics 365.
  • Ability to lead and develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders, fostering a collaborative working environment.
  • Strong requirements gathering skills with demonstrable experience to accurately capture and address business needs.
