As a Risk Analyst, you will

  • Assist in identifying potential risks across various business units, analyzing their potential impact on the organization.
  • Perform data analysis to understand risk exposure, trends, and potential vulnerabilities within operational processes.
  • Prepare detailed reports summarizing risk assessments, findings, and recommendations. Support the development of presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Support the monitoring of compliance with internal risk policies and external regulatory requirements. Help conduct audits and reviews to assess risk management effectiveness.
  • Assist in managing the operational risk incident log, tracking incidents, outcomes, and corrective actions implemented.
  • Provide support to business units in understanding and applying risk management practices and policies.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in risk management. Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk management tools and methodologies.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in finance services, payments, or fintech is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of risk management principles and practices. Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the relevant industry is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying risks and anomalies. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Eager to learn and adapt to new challenges.
