We are looking for a Strategy Director freelancer to join our awesome team!

We are seeking a Freelance Strategy Director, fully remote based in London, Europe and EST time zones.

Main Tasks:

• Help hone and sharpen our POV across digital and experiential. Contribute to thought leadership and lead research initiatives across consumer, culture, competitive and category.
• Support the development of a strategy practice that organically strengthens and extends UNIT9’s creative and innovation capabilities.
• Serve as client-facing strategy lead on projects, leading the work and helping to identify and source support specialists as needed.
• Advocate for both audience and brand, creating mutually beneficial value exchanges that come to life through engaging campaigns, creative technology and/or interactive experiences. 
• Author and lead client-facing workshops.
• Work with New Business and client team to identify strategy needs within a new project, and collaborate with appropriate team members on proposals and responses.
• Work with Production team to ensure strategy deliverables are costed, managed and executed flawlessly.
• Partner and support the creative team as needed in the development of new concepts and creative.
• Act as the strategic lead on assigned projects and partnerships.
• Support and at times lead the development of strategic frameworks, tools and processes.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the digital marketing and activation landscape 
• Superior presentation and written communication skills
• Strong research and analytical capabilities 
• Comfortable turning nebulous asks into well articulated opportunities 
• Experience with UX a (very) nice to have
