THE ROLE

We’re seeking a passionate and customer-focused Rider Specialist to be the face of our brand. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service face-to-face, promoting our light electric vehicle rental options, and contributing to a positive store atmosphere.

Your Mission:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with product information, lease agreements, and rentals.
  • Achieve customer acquisition and retention targets.
  • Contribute to a positive and engaging store environment through expert product knowledge.
  • Process lease agreements and rental transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Support store operations, including stock management and customer data management.

Your Superpowers:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in a second language is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in retail POS systems.
  • Knowledge of the last-mile delivery industry is preferred.
