About the role

Join our Marketing team based in Brighton, where you'll be responsible for creating internal and external content across animation, audio, photo and video. Creating content for a variety of materials including literature, email campaigns, internal communications and Paxton’s global digital presence.

  • Plan and produce engaging and professional video content to support communications campaigns.
  • Deliver design projects incorporating promotional & technical video content, digital and print assets, and photography.
  • Produce new ideas and concepts for integrated campaigns, solving issues in a creative manner.    
  • Collaborating with Communications team, design and build our internal and external digital newsletters. Understanding the relationship between content and visual assets to create engaging stories.
  • Maintain and update Paxton’s global websites, ensuring logos, product and employee photography is up to date, and relevant campaign imagery is used where needed.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to produce interactive content and designs to attract attention to the Paxton Brand.
  • Support company events to promote the Paxton brand with video footage and photography.
  • Understand and keep abreast of Paxton products, target audiences, competitor and market activities.
  • Keep up to date with current trends to ensure we are utilising the most relevant design tools.
  • Be prepared to travel ad-hoc out of normal working hours and help co-ordinate and attend events, such as trade shows, exhibitions, award ceremonies, seminars, etc.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience working in Graphic Design, Photography & Video, Editing and Motion Graphics.
  • Ability to use Adobe Creative Cloud, inc Premier Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat.
