YourRetreats Ltd is seeking a dependable and skilled Lodge Siting Operative to join our team. As a Lodge Siting Operative, you will play a crucial role in our construction company specializing in park and luxury lodges. Your main responsibility will be to assist with the process of siting and positioning lodges on park and private locations.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the positioning and siting of park and luxury lodges according to specifications and site plans.
  • Prepare the site by clearing any obstacles or debris that may hinder the setup process.
  • Ensure that lodges are level and secure by using appropriate tools and equipment.
  • Collaborate with the construction team to ensure efficient and timely setup of lodges.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
  • Communicate with park owners or private clients regarding site requirements and any special considerations.
  • Complete required documentation and reports related to the siting process.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with clients.



Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or park home industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow site plans accurately.
  • Experience with using tools and equipment for leveling and securing structures.
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Understanding of health and safety practices in a construction environment.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license.
