THE ROLE

We're seeking a results-driven Hub Manager to lead our Birmingham operation. You'll be responsible for driving revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction while building a world-class team.

Your Mission:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to achieve regional revenue, profit, and market share targets.
  • Achieve revenue and profit targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Oversee all aspects of hub operations, including retail, fleet management, inventory control and logistics. 
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and local authorities.
  • Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing team aligned with Zoomo's values.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Create an exceptional customer experience through outstanding service.
  • Represent the company at regional industry events and conferences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of retail management experience with a proven track record of achieving sales and profit goals, and managing a P&L. 
  • Experience managing large rosters in a big-box environment. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple departments, internal and external stakeholders, priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail POS systems.
