Conveyancing Lawyer required in London - Hybrid - UP TO £50K BASIC

My client is a leading law firm with a team of solicitors, providing practical advice to businesses and individuals from our offices across London and the South East.

Having built their reputation as one of the country’s leading commercial and residential conveyancing practices, the team now require equally strong individuals to join their property department.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer. The Residential Conveyancing Lawyer will be responsible for handling all aspects of residential property transactions, including property purchases, sales, and transfers, New Build and Shared ownership experience is essential. The role requires strong legal knowledge and the ability to handle new build and shared ownership. While the role is primarily located in London, you will only be expected to work in the office twice a week.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing laws and regulations

Experience in handling property purchases, sales, and transfers

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Ability to work independently and within a team

Proficiency in relevant legal software and systems

Qualified solicitor, legal executive or experienced Fee Earner.
