We are currently seeking a friendly and organised Afternoon Receptionist to join our clients Team. As the Afternoon Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a warm and professional welcome. If you enjoy interacting with people and have excellent communication skills, this could be the perfect role for you.

As the afternoon receptionist you will be required to work 20 hours a week 1 to 5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Manage appointment bookings and ensure meeting rooms are prepared.
  • Respond to email inquiries and forward messages to the appropriate person.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a reception or secretarial role preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to cover other shifts when required.
