You’ll work together with an experienced and welcoming team, to create a great employee experience at KINTO through:  

· Collaborating with managers to attract, hire and retain great people.

· Meeting with new starters and leavers to ensure the best start to their KINTO journey.

· Supporting wellbeing, belonging, diversity, equity, and inclusion and associated initiatives.

· Supporting with employee relations, such as absence and/or performance improvement.

· Answering queries and providing data insight  e.g. regional reporting, DE&I, staff listing, leavers, movers’ reports.

· Supporting the team with processes and checklists.

· Checking the monthly payroll submission

· Maintaining the people related policies.

· Joining projects teams, supporting the culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

· CIPD qualified desirable

· Previous HR Advisor experience

· Knowledge of current employment legislation.

· Recruitment experience

· Experience of working within a busy and corporate company.

You will work within a high performing team, in a culture of continuous improvement and inclusivity, showing respect for people and working with integrity, therefore you will need to:

· Have good attention to detail.

· Be pro-active.

· Have excellent time management skills.

· Have knowledge and understanding of how to deal with confidential issues.
