Are you an experienced HR generalist looking for a part-time opportunity?

We are looking for a skilled HR Advisor to join our team on a part-time basis, working 2 days a week. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing HR support and guidance to our employees and line managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with line managers from across the business
  • Proactively advise, support and coach our line managers on interpretation and application of key HR policies (including absence, disciplinary and performance cases)
  • Support managers with managing short and long term absences including Occupational Health referrals
  • Support investigations and disciplinary procedures
  • HR related projects

Requirements

As an HR generalist, you must be able to hit the ground running so experience in a similar level role in a fast paced environment is essential.

You will be comfortable reacting to situations needing your support and be able to manage your own workload. You will be a strong communicator and be able to influence stakeholders at all levels.

This role will be split between our Fells site in Lennoxtown, Glasgow and your Ochils site in Blackford, Perthshire so it is essential that you drive and have access to a car.
