We’re seeking a Brand Editorial Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to our Brand Strategy Manager, you will help support the daily running and development of our Editorial department, collaborating closely with our Brand Identity, Creative, Partnerships, Legal & Communications functions. This is a critical role for building our single source of world-class omnichannel creative. You will project manage the delivery of compelling stories and written information from across our business landscape and transforming them into content for external dissemination.
This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity from our planned Bicester location and our office in Leamington Spa. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

What you’ll do
Project Management: Working in partnership with the Strategy, Creative, Digital & Communications teams, project manage the output of all editorial, copy and written content. Develop project plans, allocate resources and define milestones. Update project planning tools, tracking and reporting on project statuses.
Content Creation: Coordinate turning complex technical information and corporate developments into engaging, accessible content for varied audiences. This includes managing articles, blog posts, press releases, social media content, internal communications and more.
Workflow Coordination: Plan, prioritise, and coordinate all editorial workstreams. Ensure projects are on track, deadlines are met, and resources are allocated effectively.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain key relationships both internally and externally with our agency partners.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Communications & Marketing teams to align messaging, coordinate campaigns, and amplify the reach of our storytelling efforts.
Interviews and Research: Along with our Brand Content Journalist, manage interviews with key stakeholders, subject matter experts, and industry influencers to gather insights and quotes for use in content creation.
Editorial Support: Provide editorial support to various departments, ensuring consistency in messaging, adherence to voice guidelines, and alignment with strategic objectives.
Content Quality Assurance: Ensure that both internal teams and external partners adhere to our editorial guidelines when producing content.
Multichannel Optimisation: Project manage the optimisation of content for different channels, including SEO-optimised web content, editorially focused press releases, and tailored tonality for social media.
Workshops and Training: Manage workshops, drop-in sessions, and one-on-one training sessions where required to educate and inspire our team members on best practices for content creation and adherence to editorial principles.
Media Monitoring: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant news stories to inform our content strategy and ensure our messaging remains timely and relevant. Track and report on the effectiveness of our editorial efforts, suggesting improvements and adjustments as needed.
Review Coordination: Support the Head of Brand & Partnerships and the Brand Strategy Manager with creative review coordination and output planning. Manage project review gateways with senior stakeholders.
Voice Guidelines: Work closely with the Senior Manager-Brand Editorial to keep our Brand Voice Guidelines up to date and relevant.
Translations & Transcreation: Alongside the Marketing & Digital teams, manage the translation and transcreation workstreams of our content for different markets
Who you are
- Experienced as an Editorial Project Manager or Production Editor
- Luxury or automotive experience in a global brand or corporate environment would be advantageous
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high editorial and ethical standards.
- Strong project management skills, with a successful track record of delivering complex projects on time and budget.
- Able to adapt content to different audiences and channels.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and articulate effectively across departments and cultures.
- Excellent proof-reading and copy-editing skills
- Ability to manage workshops and training sessions effectively.
