The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' electrical systems operate efficiently and safely. This position involves a variety of tasks including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems in residential settings. The Domestic Electrician will work closely with homeowners to diagnose electrical issues, recommend solutions, and implement repairs or upgrades as needed. • EICR Testing and Inspecting
• Diagnose electrical issues and provide effective solutions to clients.
• Ensure all electrical installations meet local and national safety codes and regulations.
• Communicate with clients to explain electrical issues and recommended services clearly.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential electrical hazards or issues before they arise.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including any maintenance schedules and reports.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations
• EICR - Inspection and Testing
• 18th Edition
• Proven experience working as a domestic electrician with a strong understanding of residential electrical systems.
• Thorough knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
• Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies.
