Hydro-X is a leading provider of innovative water treatment and hygiene solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in increasing sales revenue and expanding our customer base.

This role is a remote based position, but ideally you will be located in the South of England whereby you can attend team meetings/team days as and when required.

Responsibilities:

  • Create ‘low complexity – high volume Quotes’ on behalf of Field Sales Staff;
  • Manage internal Marlowe Air business from quotation to sales order phase
  • Manage internal relationships between Marlowe entities
  • Reviewing historical orders to ask for repeat business
  • Systemically follow up unconverted Sales Desk quotes on behalf of Field Sales;
  • Manage and nurture basic allocated ‘House Accounts/ small budget’ to ensure client satisfaction and to upsell where possible.
  • Other general admin duties as required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the water treatment or related industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented
