We are looking for a Sales Manager on a permanent, full time basis. Based in Cuffley, UK and offering Hybrid working.

The Sales Manager will drive business growth by managing Client and Guardian relationships and revenue targets through company KPI’s; customer acquisition, relationship management, revenue growth and successful contract negotiation. Lead and support the team and drive sales numbers from Guardian registration and placement. Help secure viable property stock and execute other designated tasks supporting Global Guardian commercial programmes.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential and existing customers for property guardian services. Ensures proposals are issued and monitored in My Globe tracker.
  • Sales analysis, understand marketing and social media performance analysis, provide feedback, plan and achieve benefit from marketing developments.
  • Understand plans to increase audiences across social media channels.
  • All follow-up on Marketing leads including Client and Guardian referrals, Adword, organic SEO Leads, Social media leads and suchlike.
  • Maximise leverage of leads created by key audience campaigns; owners, councils, email/digital marketing, events and media.
  • Lead negotiation and conclusion of Guardian sales; impeccable admin of vetting, payments, logging issues, creating opportunities on the job.
  • Upsell Guardians on properties, drive w.o.m. business, build & maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, secure repeat/new business.
  • Manage client negotiations, pro-active liaising with Guardians, landlords, management and team, re contracts, pricing and service levels, help chase arrears.
  • Work with other company subsidiaries, develop stakeholder relationships to ensure buy-in. Work closely with operations, marketing, finance for seamless service delivery.
  • Aware of the marketing calendar roll-out, create parallel Sales plan.
  • Leverage brand content; Guardian & Client case studies, stories and testimonials.
  • Create a weekly journey/field plan for the team/extended team – review and adjust for efficiency, return and development including attending marketing events as required.
  • Schedule and attend SMART Sales, Commercial & Corporate team meetings

Requirements

  • Circa 5 years property/guardian Sales Management experience working collaboratively with Marketing and Operations.
  • A track-record driving revenue, sourcing and converting leads, contacts and established customers across multi-channels, innovating untapped revenue streams.
  • Understanding, converting leads from; managed content, mailing systems, social media/offline, conventional pipe-fill/client development.
  • Excellent organisational, budgeting and admin skills, great attention to detail, highly literate with MS, Google, CRM, other apps.
  • Data analysis in cooperation with Marketing & Finance.
  • Demonstrable experience and skill in building strong client relationships, influencing skills and contract negotiation.
  • Demonstrates care, community, compassion, principles and fairness.
  • Driven, results-oriented individual.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent commercial experience.
  • Preferably have or be working towards other qualifications in Commerce, Sales, Negotiation, Property, Customer Service, other.
  • ARLA qualification, knowledge of relevant legislation an advantage.

Benefits

Base Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (OTE: up to £65,000)
