PensionBee is growing at scale and we need a Pension Transfer Manager to help us give customers a smooth journey when transferring their pensions.

About the role

This role gives the opportunity to work in a busy team that focuses on transferring pensions from other pension providers. You’ll interact directly with providers on a regular basis via phone and email as well as read through transfer paperwork. We’re looking for applicants with strong attention to detail who feel confident reviewing documentation. Working in a collaborative environment, you’ll help to ensure our customers’ transfers run smoothly and liaise with providers along the way.

Key responsibilities

●      Processing responses from other pension providers, including transfer documentation.

●      Answering calls from other providers and from Independent Financial Advisers when they inform us of updates or ask us for more information.

●      Completing administrative tasks related to transfers.

●      Calling other pension providers to make sure transfers run smoothly.

Requirements

The key skills required are:

●      Excellent written and verbal communication skills

●      Exceptional attention to detail

●      Strong work ethic and a team-orientated spirit

●      Good problem-solving skills

●      A confident, personable attitude

●      Prior knowledge of the pension market is advantageous, but not required as full training will be given

Hiring Process

  1. Our hiring team will reach out by email with an online aptitude test
  2. Successful candidates will be offered an online interview (30 mins)
  3. Candidates will be shortlisted for an online group Insight Session (2hrs 30mins)
  4. Final decisions will be made and unsuccessful candidates will receive feedback.
