Description-

To attend client sites to ensure correct utilisation of our chemistry and plant equipment to best meet our clients discharge consent limits, or wastewater management needs.

To assist in the assembly of equipment and plant for use within clients or our own sites, and the fitting and installation of same.

To actively promote sales of chemicals, parts and servicing work to new and existing clients

To service our clients equipment to a high standard based on a service plan.

To maintain rental units and provide condition reports post hire.

Key Responsibilities-

To learn new skills and methods to be able to give best advice and assistance to clients.

To be professional and uphold company standards.

To comply with site rules when on client sites, and Permit to Work rules.

To work with the Service Delivery Manager to ensure all work is invoiced or reported to the client.

Provide relevant Site Visit Reports after every customer contact to be able to track required follow up works and SLA requirements.

To be available for special projects or other works in locations around the UK, including overnight stays.

To be as efficient with route planning to reduce mileage as much as possible.

To take ownership of equipment and maintain to the highest standard.

Requirements

Experienced technician with good standards and practices in operation and implementation.

Good problem solving skills, and a logical approach to fault finding.

A confident approach with customers and suppliers during contact.

Be willing to prioritise customer needs.

Flexible approach to working hours and days based on the needs of the business.

Organised with reports and paperwork to give good paper-trails for ISO and BSI .
