As a registered supplier to the Northern Ireland Health and Social Care Trust Framework, Direct Medics Psychology Specialists are working with Psychology & Counselling professionals throughout the UK & Ireland to help them find new and exciting opportunities here in Northern Ireland

Direct Medics are currently recruiting CBT Professionals to ensure the systematic provision of a high quality specialist psychological intervention service to adults with varied and complex mental health presentations within the Acute intervention team. Working with this successful and highly supportive group you will be responsible for you own defined CBT caseload and manage the caseload with supervision.  To be successful in this long term role with the potential for promotion, you will need to meet the following requirements.

Requirements

· Professional qualification in clinical or counselling psychology or a degree that confers eligibility for post-graduate training in an accredited Psychological Therapy

· A postgraduate level (or equivalent) qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

· Accreditation with the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP)

. Experience of working in Mental Health Services, preferably Acute

· Experience of assessing and delivering psychological interventions

· Right to Work in the UK
