Forseven, a revolutionary company looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices, is seeking an exceptional Process Lead to join our highly skilled and dynamic Change & Transformation team. This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of one of our offices in Leamington or Bicester, where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

The Opportunity

The Business Change and Transformation team is responsible for identifying, shaping and executing a broad and impactful programme of transformation and change activities, as well as implementing initiatives to continually create efficiencies and evolve our ways of working, capabilities, operating models, processes and technologies.

Reporting directly to the Head of Change and Transformation, the ideal candidate will be passionate about driving a culture of continuous improvement, continually seeking out opportunities for efficiencies, be intellectually curious, able to work independently, and have a track record of working as part of a team and across diverse functions. Being a fast learner, with a strong execution mind-set, while keeping focused on high impact projects, will be critical.

What you'll do

  • Analyse existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement including automation opportunities
  • Work closely with teams across various functions including Engineering, Product, IT, Finance, Manufacturing etc to understand their process needs and challenges
  • ·Engage with the business functions in the most time efficient way to understand the root cause of pain points and design future state processes which are optimised for efficiency
  • Produce outputs summarising current state problems or inefficiencies to solve and future state designs
  • Ensure process designs, changes and improvements are agreed with relevant stakeholders, documented, published, are accessible and meet quality standards
  • Support communication to deliver key messages and updates as appropriate
  • Own and manage, including collaboratively reviewing and prioritising, an existing backlog of processes to be developed
  • ·Work with Change & Transformation Change & Programme Managers to implement and embed processes into the business functions

Who you are

  • Have strong analytical skills to dissect complex processes and develop efficient, scalable solutions
  • Familiarity with automotive engineering, manufacturing, product and wider business processes and experience with relevant software and tools
  • Experience in modelling complex processes particularly in automotive industry
  • Strong background of process design and process reengineering using a variety of tools and techniques utilising BPMN 2.0 Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Agile
  • Proven analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and ability to derive actionable insights from a range of datasets
