My client is a leading lead generation firm within the construction industry and is looking for a superstar Business Developer / Strike Caller.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, be efficient in transforming provided leads into warm leads, updating their data base with relevant client information, and be able to build relationships with relevant parties in order to generate warm leads for the business.
Requirement:
- Contacting relevant members of staff in potential clients
- Identify relevant / potential clients
- Manage, expand and maintain the database
- Input sufficient data onto the database
- Be keen to earn commission
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive with time management
- Pipeline management
- Diary management
Candidate:
- Well presented and spoken
- IT Skills (microsoft package) + Database training provided
- Strong cultural fit for a lovely team
