We are looking for an experienced customer focused individual who is passionate about delivering remarkable service. This role will provide you with the opportunities to work closely with our teams across Demelza and provide excellent service to our supporters.

You will be an excellent communicator with demonstrable experience of building good relationships. You will have excellent IT skills with the ability to accurately record information on our fundraising database. Previous experience of working with databases is desirable.

Experience of working in a customer service environment, excellent IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes are essential for this role.

Please note this role will involve working remotely for a temporary period due to COVID-19.

Demelza provides specialist care and emotional support for children and young people with serious and terminal conditions and their loved ones, across Kent, East Sussex and South East London.
