Our talented Sales Department at our Porsche Centre in Tewkesbury is looking for a hardworking and dynamic Retention Executive, who is an exceptional communicator, to join their team.
Your role will be dedicated to maintaining the long standing and successful relationships we built with our existing customer base. In return for your hard work, you will be offered state-of-the-art working facilities and continued support and investment in your development. We understand that no two people are the same, which is why we will be totally committed to providing you with a tailored training programme from both Porsche and Dick Lovett. However far you want to take your career with us, we will be right behind you!
You will be responsible for contacting our customers prior to their existing finance agreements ending and presenting them with the Centre's current offering. Contacting our customers who are due in to our service department before their arrival to see if there's anything else we can assist with whilst they're in for their servicing appointment. And also contacting our customers at certain stages throughout their unique customer journey to keep them engaged ensuring Centre loyalty by providing them with an unrivalled level of customer service, product knowledge and enthusiasm for all things Porsche.

Essential Skills
We are ideally looking for candidates with previous or current experience of working in a similar role within the Motor Trade Industry and can demonstrate a great customer experience level. You will also need to be organised and proactive to be successful in this role.
