Ethan James Group are currently working with a large FM Contractor to assist in recruiting an HVAC Maintenance Engineer to be based on a static Data Centre contract carrying out planned and fault diagnostic work to various air conditioning systems and equipment such as split, VRV and VRF and heat pumps in the Canary Wharf, London area.

The ideal HVAC Maintenance engineer will need have the following Key Skills and Experiences

• Recognised industry standard qualification ( Ideally F Gas C&G 2079 Cat 1)
• Be able to operate smart devices and to complete electronic documentation
• Ability to set up and programme AC controls
• Pass DBS / Police background checks for working in schools / Police stations
