A leading Financial Services (FinTech) organisation based in the City of London seeks a Senior Specialist, People MI and Insights to explore creative new ways to visualise data in order to equip business leaders with helpful insights, resolving and recommending courses of action to drive value and improve business performance.

Description
A Senior Specialist, People MI and Insights to:
- Understand people data and use it to illustrate and articulate the insights it holds, actively supporting the business and people strategic priorities
- Design and maintain people insight dashboards which focus on elements such as turnover, diversity and inclusion and talent, to highlight trends, identify potential causes, and forecast possible impact of interventions
- Translate key requirements and bring data together using the most appropriate tools and format, collaborating at appropriate stages of development
- Improve the profile, visibility, understanding and application of people analytics by finding opportunities to digitise and streamline HR data, deploy automation wherever possible and work with the HR systems and IT teams to ensure delivery alignment
- Build and maintain a bank of self-service reports available to the HR team and wider business based on specified user requirements
- Work across People and IT to craft and deliver the HR analytics plan and road-map, acting as key user of all HR information systems and upholding data integrity through automated exception reporting
- Ensure robust data management processes and protocols are in place in line with GDPR and regulatory requirements and standards
Profile
A Senior Specialist, People MI and Insights with:
ESSENTIAL
- Validated ability to develop and provide HR management information and data analysis, using a range of statistical analysis techniques to provide insight into key people information, communicating outputs in user friendly formats
- Experience of the cloud-based HR systems
- Strong design aesthetic and visualisation skills
- Strong technical experience in the Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint), dash-boarding tools (e.g. PowerBI)
- Experience of taking a key role in the management and analytics of HR data
- Experience with predictive analytics
- Ability to convey intricate information in a simple and intuitive format
- Passion for data quality and improvement, championing data security and standard methodology, has the ability to identify and deliver training where further support is required
Desirable
- Experience with Sage People HRIS
