We have a current opportunity for a WorkDay HRIS Implementation Project Manager on a 8-12 month basis for one of our global financial service clients. This HRIS Implementation position will be based in London; the firm operate a hybrid working approach with two days in the office per week.

Our client have just kicked off the global roll out of Workday HCM globally. The role of Workday HRIS Project Manager is to help drive and effectively implement Workday across their UK entity. The modules being rolled out include Core HCM, talent & performance, core and advanced compensation, recruiting, absence management and benefits. You will be the technical systems lead to partner with HR, their implementation partner (KPMG) and parent business to ensure a centralised and consistent approach. You will be driving the project from business process mapping and requirement gathering to data migration (from Oracle) testing, training and go live.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of implementing Workday in a project management capacity. You will be able to lean on the parent business from a configuration perspective but any experience in this would be welcome. We have a £600-650 per day rate on offer on a PAYE basis (either via umbrella company or agency). For further information about this position please apply.
