Description
The key responsibilities of HR/ Administrator - French Speaking in Uxbridge will be:
- Processing contracts, updating payroll and HR Systems
- Strengthening relationships within the Shared Service team but also with the recruitment team, P&C BP's, line managers and the payroll team
- Administrative duties within set SLAs around speed, quality and accuracy of data
- Participate in project work
Profile
The successful HR/ Administrator - French Speaking in Uxbridge will have:
- Experience working in France, and fluent in French.
- HR experience/degree or strong administrative background
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Good attention to detail and can prioritise workload
- Ability to learn new processes and systems and work to set procedures
- Enthusiasm and passion to get involved and to operate as part of a team
- Ability to work within a busy and fast moving environment
Job Offer
On offer for the successful candidate:
