Description

The Talent Acquisition position based in Weybridge will have the following responsibility's:

• Partner with the hiring managers to understand their requirements
• Sourcing and screen applicants for a variety of live roles across the business.
• Identify, attract, and shortlist quality candidates
• Monitor and manage all applications received from both our PSL and direct applicants.
• Support the HR team with onboarding documents and RTW checks
• Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships
• Obtain feedback from candidates and hiring manager within agreed timescales
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and act as a specialist point of contact for sourcing, owning the candidate journey at all stages.
• Talent pooling - creating both internal and external talent pools for future requirements.
• Maintaining the candidate pool, ensuring quality data integrity, tracking and role status updates to enable accurate reporting.
• Optimising all advertising channels and social media platforms to enhance a network approach to sourcing.

Collaborate with the wider team on initiatives and key resourcing projects which contribute to the overall recruitment strategy

Profile

The successful candidate for the Talent Acquisition role in Weybridge will need to have the following skills and experience:

* You will have previous experience recruiting for back office functions
* Extensive previous experience of direct recruitment
* Proven experience in recruitment, selection and assessment tools/methods including Linked In Recruiter
* Excellent communication skills and confidence in building positive relationships with diverse and challenging stakeholders
* Great collaborating and teaming skills - ability to support others in a collegiate working environment and build internal networks to solve problems.
