HR Senior Programme Manager - Expiring soon!

This is a fantastic role for someone with a real passion for delivering on HR Programmes, driving change and making an impact! You will focus on the strategy, making sure that you are engaging with stakeholders across the entire business to communicate and deliver the programmes.

You will report into the Head of People, and work closely with the HR Leadership Team to lead and drive forward the HR strategy and 5 year growth plan which meets and enhances the ongoing, and evolving, firm goals and priorities.

This role will be responsible for embedding effective and efficient project management & implementation of the programme of HR initiatives covering the full employee lifecycle, HR practices and processes with all of the Senior Managers in HR.

Responsibilities

  • Champion for the HR Strategy - working with the HRLT to ensure evolution & wide understanding of the HR strategy and initiatives.
  • Identify and maximise opportunities for HR to act as counsel, trusted advisor and subject matter expert to firm-wide senior leadership.
  • Manage the implementation by the HR Senior Managers of the overall HR programme approach and plan including; interdependencies, a coherent, manageable programme plan, and risks and issue tracking and resolution. Ensure alignment and connectivity to the broader Support Functions, and Stream plans.
  • Facilitation and support of some broader HR and firm projects and initiatives which are owned/led by HRLT members.
  • Facilitate overarching review of the HR programmes and projects
  • Facilitate BAU and project planning
  • Responsible for leading and successful delivery of a number of HR priority projects including the on-going embedding of the firms People Proposition
  • Ensure all programme & project activity is well structured, appropriately managed and delivered to the agreed time, scope and budget expectations
  • Stakeholder relationship management
  • Maintain strong relationships across Support Functions and Exec office to ensure activity is aligned, and efficiencies in delivery of key projects is realised.

Role Requirements

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with proven experience of building and maintaining strategic and operational relationships at Leadership level
  • Ability to share and present complex, multi-faceted ideas and plans to a simple and engaging way
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong collaborative and client service focus.
  • Experience of developing and delivering a strategy
  • Strategic vision and drive to challenge the status quo and bring about change
  • Strong analytical capability
  • Understanding of the firm's strategy and priorities
  • In depth knowledge of Programme Methodologies, change management and project management skills
  • Broad understanding of HR and the core Centres of Expertise
  • Experience of working within the Professional Services sector or a similar corporate environment
