HR Advisor job Based in Nuneaton

Your new company
You will be working for a growing care organization that has had a really busy 18 months and are currently looking at expanding their workforce and are looking at appointing their first HR Advisor.

Your new role
You will be looking after a total of three sites and will be looking after training, recruitment and working with the managers to look after ER cases. You will also oversee the systems and archiving of the HR records.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have worked in a stand alone roe working with directors CIPD is essential and knowledge of social care would be a distinct advantage. Experience in recruitment is also an advantage
