We have been retained by a leading international professional services firm to appoint their Head of Recruitment UK. As a partnership that has seen huge expansion in headcount and turnover during the last decade, they are a business which doesn't stand still! Based in London, but with a blended/agile approach to work this role will lead a team who operates across the early careers and experienced hire. Setting the strategy for the UK talent attraction, this role will lead team who will do the large part of the delivery. The individual will retain some element of talent attraction themselves but will focus on delivering key projects in the areas of ATS implementation, employer branding and the utilisation of new technologies to enable the firm to target and attract talent directly.
The firm has an entrepreneurial and collaborative culture which enables the adoption of new and different ideas to help support their significant growth. A career history working within both early careers and experienced hire is preferable, as is prior knowledge of legal or professional services.
