Oakleaf has partnered with a top 100 Legal firm in their search for a Graduate HR Administrator to join their team.

The HR Administrator will be joining a collaborative well established team that the company values as one of its core functions, the position is well suited to an ambitious candidate looking to take their first step in their career who enjoys building strong lasting relationships as part of their role and seeks to advance their understanding of HR and the processes involved.

The successful candidate will have a passion for HR and looking for career development, this is a business facing role with plenty of scope for growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with the wider HR team and business to provided administrative support.
  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Update internal databases
  • Prepare HR documents
  • Participate in HR projects
