To be successful for the role, you will:
Work closely with the head of L&D and recruitment to develop a guiding L&D strategy
Work closely with partners and groups to assist in delivering L&D programmes
Contribute experience and knowledge into processes
Contribute in developing internal and external campaigns to launch new programmes and initiatives
As a learning and development advisor, you will:
Previous experience of L&D and HR functions
Have confidence in handling paperwork and emails from senior members
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
The ability to use common sense and judgement
Hold previous experience of networking, influencing and building rapport
Hold previous experience creating, delivering and evaluating of innovative learning interventions
