As a Recruitment Administrator you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Recruitment Consultants, which will include reviewing CV's and applications, booking in interviews, and actively resourcing across various job boards.

Page Personnel have partnered with an executive resourcing organisation based in Leeds. They predominantly recruit within Plastics & Packaging, Automotive & Aerospace and Chemical & Recycling. They are now looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join them on a full time, permanent basis.
Description
As a Recruitment Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Dealing with telephone enquiries
- General administration
- Database management
- Liaising with candidates, clients and visitors as required
- Updating and recording candidate and client details on the company CRM system
- Sourcing candidate CV's
- Candidate registration/booking candidates for interviews
- Basic website management and uploading of job adverts
- Marketing administration
Profile
The successful Recruitment Administrator will have:
- Administrative experience within a professional, customer facing, office environment
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- IT literate - proficient in Microsoft Outlook / Word / Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and quality focused
- Well organised, with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
Job Offer
Full time, permanent role + £20-22K + Free On site Parking + 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
