Oakleaf Partnership are proud to be supporting an Office Space Rental company as they search for an L and D Business Partner to join their ever growing workforce. The talent team is currently made up of four other and you would be the fifth. This company has an excelent culture, with everyone working colaboratively and supportively.

The role will entail analysing training needs, creating content, delivering training and then evaluating the results for those within the head office and corporate functions. It will involve helping staff improve both soft and niche skills. It will also include new management and leadership training.

Responsibilities:

1. To be the L&D Business Partner for all Departments at Head Office


2. To design and deliver training and development intervention required by the internal clients taking into consideration TOG's culture, values and tone of voice


3. To ensure the Head Office teams have access to the relevant skills training they need to perform in their role as well as constantly reviewing and improving the training they require, as well as the tools they need


4. To deliver and constantly evaluate the onboarding process, recommending, developing and delivering improvements


5. To utilise our e-learning platform, ensuring content is used as part of TOG's blended learning solutions


6. To measure and evaluate the effectiveness of the interventions we deliver to continuously improve our offer and deliver ROI, keeping accurate records and managing the admin relating to all things learning


7. To procure and manage external suppliers of training & development


8. To manage external qualifications and PDP processes


9. To implement and manage the apprenticeship programme


10. To support performance and talent management processes


11. To support the recruitment of Head Office roles


12. To facilitate team days, as well as individual coaching when required


13. To demonstrate strong relationship building and networking skills to effectively partner with the business, and the People team


14. To generate best practice, considering advancements in the industry whilst always maintaining our culture


15. To deliver feedback to improve performance - role modelling our culture


16. To ensure your objectives are in line with the strategic aims of the department, and the wider business, and constantly evaluate and evolve them, where necessary

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in Learning & Development, designing and delivering training interventions


2. Apprenticeship scheme implementation and management (preferable)


3. LMS management experience


4. Project management skills


5. A background in partnering with various internal functions/departments

6. Experience designing workshops and training materials

7. Experience doing L&D project management

8. Great Stakeholder Management skills


9. Passionate about people's development

10. Team player who can work in highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams
