The client is in Manufacturing
Description
As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for;
- Full end to end recruitment across the UK
- Reporting into the Global Head of Talent Acquisition
- Briefing meetings with hiring managers, writing job adverts, screening and shortlisting candidates, offer management etc
- Proactive headhunting and talent pipe lining using LI Recruiter license
- Managing stakeholder expectations in line with the current market
- Overseas travel 2 times a year
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- Have a proven track record in end to end recruitment either in house or agency
- Ideally with some sort of HR Experience
- Willing to travel to site in Warwick as well as other sites near London and Scotland (more infrequent)
- Willing to take trips to Europe twice a year
- Able to work at pace
- Ideally with experience within Engineering/Manufacturing/Industrial etc
Job Offer
On offer for the successful candidate is;
- Competitive salary c. £30-£40k
