Description
As Recruitment and Training Manager you will be responsible for;
- Manage all end to end recruitment for roles at all levels
- On boarding and induction
- Proactive talent pipe lining
- Liaison between Central team and WH Managers for Payroll
- Responsible for Internal Communications on site
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- Have some experience within Recruitment/Resourcing/Training and On boarding
- Able to work at a fast pace
- Strong admin skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Willing to work on site every day

PLEASE NOTE; Due to the nature of the role and being part of Senior Leadership Team, there is no home working in this role. Shift patterns are 5 out of 7 days, 9-5 with flexibility and normally this will be weekdays but there will occasionally be the requirement to work on a weekend.
