An independent health care organisation are looking for a Permanent HR Operations Manager to support the organisation through a high growth phase, managing a very capable team of 3. The role is based in London, requiring a minimum of 3 days a month in the office.

The organisation is an independent health care provider? circa 90 employees that are in a high growth phase, based in London.
Description
A HR Operations Manager to:
- Lead the operational HR side of the department.
- Manage a team of 3.
- Provide development of operational systems and processes.
- Ongoing maintenance of the HR system and data management.
- Effectively build relationships.
- Represent HR at key meetings.
- Provide improvements to the HR service.
- Support the life cycle of operational processes, such as: on boarding, HR Policy and processes, maintenance of people systems, benefits admin etc.
- Lead the delivery of annual plans, such as appraisals, quarterly bonus, reward processes and surveys.
- Review contracts.
- Revamp the whole operational processes and procedures, assessing if it's fit for purpose and making improvements.
Profile
A HR Operations Manager with:
- Health care background desirable.
- Multsite or SME experience desirable.
- Experience of working in an organisation during a growth period.
- Line management experience.
Job Offer
Salary up to £50,000, dependent on experience
