Description
As Reward Manager you will be responsible for;
- Work in collaboration with Global Reward and HR team to develop Total Reward Strategy
- Research, design and implement new Reward approaches in line with Strategy
- External bench marking to identify best practice and keep in line with current market
- Stakeholder Management
- Lead in various change management projects from a Reward perspective
- Lead Specific Pay, Reward and Recognition projects
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- Have proven track record in a Reward/Comp and Bens role
- Experience of all aspects of Reward including Pay Reviews, Salary Bench marking, Job Evals, Car schemes, health care, bonus, Recognition initiatives
- Experience with change/transformation with a large complex organisation
- Project Management experience
- Credible leader
- Team Player
