6 month Interim Head of HR role, paying £300-350 per day and starting ASAP.


Your new company
You will be working as an Interim Head of HR, on a 6 month interim basis, for a prestigious and world leading, Arts School. You will work 2-3 days in the office, located in Central London. Interviews will take place on Friday 6th May, to start immediately. Please only apply if you are immediately available, or on 1-2 weeks' notice as a maximum. Daily rate is £300 PAYE or £350 via Umbrella Company per day.

Your new role
Reporting to the Principal, this role will support in shaping the dynamic creation, of a purpose-made HR function, to exclusively support 280 staff and 600 hourly paid workers. From previously working in a shared service HR function, the HR team currently consists of an established team of 2 HRBP's, 2 HR Advisors and an HR Administrator. Duties in the role will include;

• Creating new policy frameworks and pay and grading processes
• Looking at future capacity building and workforce planning of the team
• Manage complex ER issues, building relationships with Unions
• Contribute to and be part of the SMT and Executive Directorate for the School

What you'll need to succeed
You must be dynamic, have initiative, and ideally have worked within Higher Education, Local Authority or the wider Public Sector. Please only apply if you are immediately available, or on 1-2 weeks' notice as a maximum.

What you'll get in return
Flexible working options available. You will work 2-3 days in the office, and will be paid weekly. The role may be extended beyond the 6 month stage.
