This is a great opportunity to join an international business based in Tilbury who are currently looking for an Internal Recruitment Coordinator on an initial temporary basis with potential to go permanent. You will work as part of the HR team, coordinating recruitment activities, streamlining processes, interviewing, organising job fairs and more.

Client Details

The client are based in Tilbury wh have experienced recent growth and are therefore looking for an Internal Recruitment Coordinator to assist with the end to end recruitment process; dealing with high volume vacancies, screening cvs, arranging interviews, organising job fairs, assist with onboarding, use social media and job boards to advertise roles etc. This is a great opportunity for someone who is on a short notice, with some HR or Recruitment administration experience looking for their next role. The role will initially be on a temporary basis with likelihood to become permanent.

Description

The key responsibilities of an Internal Recruitment Coordinator will be:

  • Advertising vacancies via job boards and social media
  • Assessing CVs
  • Arranging interviews
  • Assisting with recruitment days
  • Supporting the team with any recruitment related activity
  • Streamline the recruitment process; assist in the implementation of a new ATS system
  • Assist with onboarding process
  • Other ad hoc duties within HR

Profile

The successful candidate will ideally:

  • Have HR/ Recruitment experience
  • Be personable and able to communicate effectively
  • Work well independently and within a team
  • Be able to start within short notice
  • Live locally to Tilbury - mostly office based to start and then hybrid working once you have been trained
