Exciting opportunity to join a multinational organisation as Remote Workforce Planning and Scheduling. Ensuring that Client engagements have the right people, with the right skills, in the right locations, available at the right time. You will be responsible for range from workforce planning and headcount management to demand and supply management for client engagements.

Client Details

Clients is a well established organisation within Real Estate and Property sector based in Watford. Due to growth they are now looking for Remote Workforce Planning and Scheduling to join their supportive and diverse team.

Description

Successful Remote Workforce Planning and Scheduling:

  • Allocation of client facing staff to projects
  • Drive effective resourcing across the business by building excellent relationships and making knowledge sharing across the wider team
  • Work with engagement managers to ensure profitability is kept at the forefront of resourcing decisions
  • Attending weekly sales pipeline meetings and flagging any potential resourcing conflicts, challenges and successes to Resourcing Manager
  • Provide ad hoc support to the Resourcing Manager

Remote Workforce Planning and Scheduling:
