Oakleaf is proud to be supporting an innovative, dynamic, and adaptive medical research organisation with their search for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. The role is based in their London bridge office.
This role would suit an individual with an in-house or agency recruitment background and experience in both the operational and strategic elements of talent acquisition. You'll also have a passion for finding top talent at all levels across the following business areas:

- Laboratory Services

- Data Management
- Statistical Programming and Biostatistics
- Medical Writing
- Quality Assurance
- Regulatory Compliance
- Facilities
- Marketing

- Finance
Responsibilities:
- Act as a senior member of the Talent team and provide advice and guidance to more junior team members
- Continuous improvements to the talent acquisition strategy and ensuring this is in line with business initiatives
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from start to finish
- Working closely with the Hiring Manager to fully understand the needs and wants of their business area
- Advertising vacancies on multiple job boards and social media platforms
- Using a variety of sourcing channels to attract and retain top talent in the Life Sciences space
- Manage the candidate's experience and their journey through the recruitment process
- Ensuring that Hiring Managers and Key Stakeholders receive a streamlined and efficient service
- Collaborate closely with wider Human Resources team to ensure smooth transition through onboarding
- Maintain record of live vacancies and report progress regularly to Senior TA Partner and Head of HR
- Assist in developing hiring managers to promote industry best practice
- Aftercare of new starters
You'll need:
- Operational recruitment experience
- An understanding of the strategic element to talent acquisition and experience in continuous improvement in this area
- A passion for finding top talent
- The ability to communicate well with Hiring Managers and Key Stakeholders within the business
