This is an exciting and challenging project orientated HR Business Partner role working with a well known West Midlands organisation. Over the next 12 months you will work in close partnership with the Managing Director, and alongside the operational HR team, to support on a number of key commercial HR projects.Key project responsibilities will include
- Advising the organisation on their Industrial Relations strategy in advance of complex union pay negotiations and changes to the operational model. Supporting the development and implementation of a new Performance Management scheme.Improving the recruitment process including the roll out of a new online job application portal.Supporting the operational HR team with a review all HR policies and procedures and helping to drive a focus on continuous improvement.
