Salary/Rate:
£35,000 - £55,000/annum

Oakleaf Partnership are working with a prestigious fast growing Professional Services firm in the City on a Compensation Analyst position. This role offers a competitive salary with excellent benefits, and is a permanent role.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist with the design of compensation programs and processes.
  • Working with international offices to provide on the ground compensation support.
  • Ensure the integrity of compensation information in the HRIS system.
  • Work closely with the Compensation Manager.
  • Team with Payroll, HRIS Finance, Benefits and HR Operations teams and produce data to support business needs.

Experience required for this role includes:

  • Compensation experience ideally within the professional services sector
  • Strong IT skills to include excellent working knowledge of Excel, to include V look ups and Pivot tables
  • International Compensation experience beneficial.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, ideally Workday.
