Macmillan Davies are looking to attract a HR Manager into a permanent role on behalf of a well-established Solihull organisation.
Reporting into the MD, the HR Manager will support the organisation with all operational day to day activities for a current headcount of c250 employees across the Midlands.
The role will require somebody who can:
*Develop strong, lasting and trusted relationships with managers whilst influencing at all levels
*Provide sound advice and guidance on a range of HR issues and handling queries in line with employment law and legislation
*Act responsibly when handling ER cases and implement effective performance management
*Take ownership of the recruitment cycle utilising external partners where necessary
*Ensure implementation of policies and initiatives to improve employee engagement across the organisation
*Manage a small HR team - providing day-to-day support and clear direction, as well as ensuring personal development
*Maintain and ensure accurate information in HRIS as necessary
We're looking for a suitably qualified, personable HR Manager who can confidently cover all aspects of the operational HR cycle and be at ease forging relationships at all levels within a business. Experience gained in a production, manufacturing or engineering environment would be a distinct advantage.
The salary on offer for this role is £50,000 - £60,000 + benefits.
